Help with your enquiry or quote
A short guide to requesting exterior cleaning, reviewing a private quote and following accepted work.
Send an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for an email address and/or telephone number, the cleaning and services you want to ask about, a one-off or regular-maintenance choice, the property location, number of storeys and any access details you choose to provide.
A successful receipt confirms that the enquiry was received. It does not confirm that the property is suitable, that a quote or appointment exists, or that work will be provided. Staff review enquiries and reply using the contact details supplied.
Review a private quote
Staff share quote links privately with the intended customer. Sharing a link does not send an email or collect payment. Each saved version sets out the work, deliverables, timing, exclusions, total amount and currency, payment instructions, payment terms and cancellation terms for that offer. Use those terms for that version and ask Mas if anything needs clarifying.
Accepting, declining or requesting a change records your decision against that exact version. Acceptance is not proof of payment and does not confirm an appointment. An accepted quote provides a private job-status link showing the current status and next action for that work.
If a message cannot be saved
If the form does not show a receipt, your enquiry has not been confirmed. Your entered details stay in the form where possible; retry, or contact Mas directly if the problem continues. Quote-response errors likewise leave the quote decision unconfirmed. Refresh the quote and try again, or contact Mas for help.
The enquiry is saved before staff notification is attempted. A downstream notification problem does not mean a saved enquiry was lost. If you need to follow up, use the phone or email details below.
