While every effort is made to ensure safety and quality, MAS Window Cleaning accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, pre-existing structural faults, or client negligence.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. 

Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply.
